High quality manufacturing at three factories in Saijo, the spring water capital of Japan.
We have three factories+t: our largest Hiuchi Factory, which is dedicated to the assembly of sanitary products, the Head Office Factory, which was built in 2017, and the Daini Factory, which focuses on can manufacturing. We have an integrated in-house manufacturing system.

A fully air-conditioned factory dedicated to the fabrication of sanitary products, equipped with a water system and PS generator. (In-factory test run possible)

A fully air-conditioned factory specializing in piping unit fabrication and inspection as same as Hiuchi factory.
Total Floor Space – 348 square meters (12m x 29m)
Crane Lifting Height – 5.7m
Daini Factory
The factory has the highest ceiling, and is mainly used for piping and frame production, and unit fabrication (can be installed 10t class tank and mixing test of it).
In April 2022, we expanded the A building (15,000 DB per month for pipe fabrication) permanently installed with 6 units of POLYSOUDE orbital welding machines, and the B building dedicated to buffing in consideration of the work staff.
